ShoreTel's Champion Partner Program is shaped around a straightforward list of sales and technical training requirements. The minimum requirements vary by partner level. Generally, each class requires the successful completion of an online or instructor-monitored exam. We encourage partners to complete their exams as soon as possible after attending a course. Exams are open book and may be taken up to two times after completing a class, thereafter, a class must be repeated to be eligible to re-take an exam (additional fees may apply, pending class delivery method). Re-certifications may require update training to the latest version of shipping product and do require successful passing of a current exam. ShoreTel Certification Central is your one stop shop for the latest ShoreTel courses and certification requirements. By logging into Certification Central, you can register and pay for your courses, join online courses, complete self-paced courses and exams, and track your course status and certifications. Customers can obtain login credentials through their ShoreTel partner. ShoreTel partners obtain login credentials through their company super user.

Director of Education Services
Michael recently joined ShoreTel in November of 2014. Prior to his arrival he spent fifteen years in the semiconductor industry both as an engineer and trainer. In his last role he was the director of functional academies and was responsible for launching two global initiatives for sales and marketing reaching thousands of employees globally.
Michael is a certified Miller Heiman instructor and holds Master’s degrees in engineering and education.
Senior Manager, Curriculum Development
Keith started with the company in July 1998 and has worn many hats. Besides being one of the first Sales Engineers covering the US & Canada, he has also worked in the ShoreTel Global Services and Marketing organizations. Over the years Keith has delivered hundreds of Sales and Technical training classes along with product demonstrations to audiences around the world. Keith has a degree in Information Systems Management and manages a team of Instructional Designers and Curriculum Developers who build global training programs through ShoreTel University for ShoreTel Partners and their end user customers.
Technical Training Manager
Tom Wenneson has an extensive background in training and education, both in the military and high-technology industries. While in the military, Tom flew in combat operations during the first Gulf war in Operation Desert Storm. He later became an instructor pilot on the AH-64 Apache helicopter. In 1995, Tom joined Applied Materials as a technical trainer in the semiconductor industry, training on Scanning Electron Microscopes and Ion Implantation. Tom brought his training experience to ShoreTel in 2009 and never looked back! Tom is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Mathematics and Operations Research.
