Credit Unions - Business Process Integration
I’ve been working with several credit unions, which have always been a perfect fit for a ShoreTel solution.
The ShoreTel distributed architecture allows a single image solution to be deployed across all branches with all the reliability of yesterday but all the power of today. Lately I have been impressed with the deep integration we can achieve with all credit union back office systems to improve employee efficiency, decrease days and collections outstanding, improve member satisfaction and increase lending.
Palitto Consulting Services plays a key role with our partners and customers in deploying such business process improvements. This includes connectors into Jack Henry’s core processing system called Symitar, as well as into Akcellerant collections systems. They also have solutions for Fiserv-based organizations.
So our distributed architecture was the first killer application for credit unions, and now add to that our open integration which delivers business improvement.
