Reflections on the ShoreTel One Partner Conference
The ShoreTel One Partner Conference is now finished and we’re still revealing in the afterglow of it.
The conference was a huge success with breakouts and keynotes for our partners, analysts and employees; an Innovation Center with 40 of our top technology partners; and entertainment that included the Goo Goo Dolls and ShoreTel’s own Brilliantly Simple Band.
Overall, the energy level from our partner community was very high. For instance, on the last day, Friday at 8 a.m., everybody showed up for our product roadmap review. It’s rare to get that level of turnout at the last day of a conference.
While this was all happening we launched our new website that reflects our new brand look, consolidated our Salesforce.com CRM instance (Orange Crush), consolidated our service portal and started our beta program for ShoreTel Connect. Our new website, www.ShoreTel.com was well received, as was our new Partner Finder.
Our partners provided plenty of positive feedback, saying that we have the right strategy at the right time, which puts us in a position of strength moving forward, noted ShoreTel CEO Don Joos.
The conference concluded with a bang, literally, as pyrotechnics and confetti rained down on the attendees. It was symbolic of how ShoreTel is moving forward – with plenty of excitement, innovation and momentum.
