ShoreTel Awards Partners with Outstanding Achievement in Customer Satisfaction
ShoreTel recently recognized 98 partners for outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction and loyalty for the period April 1 to September 30, 2013.
ShoreTel measures customer loyalty using the globally recognized Net Promoter score (NPS®) model to drive improvements in customer service, ensure profitable growth and recognize top performing partners. NPS asks the customer not just how satisfied they are but how likely they would be to recommend the reseller to a friend or colleague.
“The NPS score of these 98 resellers exceeds what is considered a world-class level of professionalism and customer care in the industry,” said David Petts, senior vice president of worldwide sales at ShoreTel. “Their consistent performance in delivering an exceptional all-around customer experience is a tribute to their dedication to customers.”
