ShoreTel Demonstrates IBM Sametime Integration at Enterprise Connect
At Enterprise Connect 2013 conference this week in Orlando, Fla., ShoreTel demonstrated ShoreTel Communicator for IBM Sametime.
Scores of attendees checking out the ShoreTel booth perked up as we showed off the visual voice mail and remote call control, all tightly integrated with a user’s calendar and contacts. They liked the ease with which users can show their online status as busy while making a call from within the Sametime application via a single click.
ShoreTel Communicator for Sametime is currently available from ShoreTel authorized certified resellers as yet another addition to our breadth of business systems integrations that offers customers the flexibility to integrate leading applications with their existing business communications systems.
