ShoreTel Unified Communications Brings Datacard’s Asia Pacific Business Closer
Datacard Group is a privately-held US company and the driving force in virtually every major card program around the world. With annual revenues of approximately US$400 million and over 1400 employees worldwide, the company has a service and support network that covers more than 120 countries with operations across three major regions. Datacard’s secure ID and card personalization solutions are used to issue millions of financial cards and identification documents each day.
Datacard decided to replace an aging telephony system with a global ShoreTel Unified Communications and Enterprise Contact Center platform. For Datacard Asia-Pacific, the company deployed 900 ShoreTel phones along with switches and voice servers, and ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Center.
