ShoreTel selected GlobalConnect because of its outstanding customer-service reputation across the telephony, networking, wireless, videoconferencing and contact centre sectors. ShoreTel plans to work with GlobalConnect to help increase market adoption of ShoreTel’s award-winning UC solution among medium to large-sized Australian enterprises.
GlobalConnect has recruited a team of new business development managers focused on identifying market opportunities for ShoreTel in the large multi-user and multi-office environment.
